There are many Bed and Breakfast Inns in Lunenburg but only one "1880 Kaulbach House". To stay as a guest in one of our six rooms is to experience the charm and atmosphere of an era long past.
Prices
- Various size and style of rooms ranging from CDN $99 to CDN$169.
- Reduced, extended stay and off-season rates also available.
- Rates are based on double occupancy in Canadian Dollars.
- Credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard).
- Taxes are not included. Extra person 25.00 (Bluenose Suite only) and The Bluenose Suite has an additional double sleeper sofa and can accommodate up to four adults.
- Please provide credit card details to secure reservation. We only book by voice or on line. We suggest online as it gives you the opportunity to understand the cancellation policy.
Policy
- A 50% deposit is required on booking to guarantee your reservation.
- The deposit is refundable provided you cancel no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
- In addition, your credit card will be charged the full room rate for every day reserved if you do not cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date.
- A $25.00 processing fee will be applied to your credit card for any cancellation or room change, on a daily basis.
Conditions of Stay
- Check in after 4:00P.M. and check out before 11:00 A.M.. Late check ins must be pre-arranged.
- Pets are not permitted as we have no facilities for them.
- Smokers are required to smoke outdoors to comply with government regulations.
