Lincoln Street Food is a modern, coastal, neighbourhood kitchen serving market inspired fresh food. As owners, Jody Manley and Paolo Colbertaldo have created Lincoln Street Food with its own unique, fun, and relaxed energy. After working at two iconic restaurants in the Halifax landscape, Paolo has developed long term relationships with farmers and purveyors, which help form the foundation of LSF
